Best wireless network for Sonos Port

I have two new Sonos Ports that are connected to my receiver. It needs to connect to a wireless network since I don’t Ethernet availability. 

Can the Sonos Ports connect to a wireless network that supports both 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz or should it connect only to a 2.4Ghz wireless network?

I wouldn’t think so, there’s no such requirement listed by Sonos on any of the FAQ pages, but you could certainly test your own network and see how yours reacts.
