Sorry, not sure I understand your intent. The input on the Sonos CONNECT is RCA (stereo) only. The device has a digital (optical) output, not an input.
In order to connect a TV, you’re going to need to use the RCA inputs, which will incur a minimum of a 75ms delay. Which will make lipsync challenging, but at least your TV’s audio will be in the Sonos ecosystem. I hope your TV has an analog stereo output, many do not.
As suggested, once the TV’s output is in the Sonos ecosystem, and given that you’ve paid that delay, you’ll be able to send it to any Sonos device in your system.
Frankly, I don’t advise what you’re trying to do. You’re attempting to use a device for a use that it frankly isn’t designed for, and I predict you’ll be quite unhappy, I certainly would. There’s a reason why Sonos came out with devices designed to be connected to a TV. The CONNECT (and CONNECT:AMP) are not. No matter how much money you are saving.

Thank you I wasn’t aware it was just an optical out. Figured I’d ask before I started trying things myself and getting frustrated. New amp it is
