I have purchased a Connect:Amp from a seller who claims he never activated or used the upgrade option.

 

He says the discount eligibility should transfer to my Sonos account.

 

The device is registered, but the upgrade discount option does not appear.

 

What am I doing wrong?

You need to contact Sonos Sales/Support to determine if the discount credit was activated/used; or if you need to give it time to appear in your account (if properly registered). No one in this community can provide a more accurate answer. 


It can take up to 24hrs after registering a device for the upgrade eligibility on the device to show.
