DEAD CONNECT FOLLOWING 11/4/22 SOFTWARE UPDATE

Has anyone else experienced a loss of output signal from their Connect following the software update on November 4, 2022? Mine worked fine for six years until the update. This appears to be deliberate.

 

After five hours with various support folks, failed return requests etc. they suggested that I just go buy a new one.
