Allow me first to share with you the Sonos S2 compatibility guide so we can better have an understanding of what Sonos devices are compatible with the Sonos S2 app. If you can send me a private message of the Serial number of your Sonos Connect located at the bottom below the bar code, I can check it for you if your Sonos Connect is compatible with the Sonos S2 app.
