My Era 3 x2 and Era 1 system have been plagued by connection issues. I've spoken to Sonos support and changed my router settings (shouldn't have to). They still didn't connect to the app consistently until i really made a stink on this forum two months ago (alongside lots of others experiencing the same issue) and several days later an update arrived and the system started working. 

It appears some clever sod has updated it again because it's not working again. My devices are still under warranty and I've had enough of this crap service now. Why can't you just keep them working? Is it really so hard Sonos?

Are you requesting help?  Or just information.  Because this is mainly a User’s forum and addressing Sonos on here is not the best way to give them feedback on their products.

Having to guess what speakers someone has (probably Era 100s and 300s) followed by the "router settings" and other comments aren't inspiring me to try and help.
