On what? What TV, what Sonos, what source? How is your Sonos connected?
Fix your TV, or downgrade to stereo audio from it.
I’m using the ultra arc when I use only the tv speaker the voices match and when I switch back they don’t match the mouth
It is a Samsung tv and using the arc HDMI cable
Which Samsung TV? What audio settings do you have set up? On my Samsung, there’s no delay, although I have an Arc and not an Arc Ultra. Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?
