Upgrade credit not shown for Play:5 Gen 1

I do not see upgrade credit for my Play:5 Gen 1. Is this not supposed or an error on my account?

It really depends on things we in the public can’t see. Your best bet is to call Sonos Support to discuss it. They should be able to track it down for you.

I have the same problem, already been 48 hours and still no upgrade. How did you solve this?

Already been 48hrs from what? Registering the Play:5 on your account? The upgrade option will not show if the upgrade has already been activated by a previous owner.

I’m the first owner. Never used it, i’ve contacted sonos sales and they said i needed to wait 48 hours but nothing happend.

Try support.

Submit a diagnostic.

Tell support that you activated the upgrade and when but it isn't showing.

Support has access to system internals sales doesn't.
