unable to add music services - app just clocks

I have been trying to add services to Sonos and the app just spins. So frustrating!!

Which version of Sonos, S1 or S2? Have you checked your address on www.sonos.com? Have you rebooted your router and speakers? Which services are you trying to add? What kind of connection does your Sonos have, is one device wired to your router, or do they all connect to your wifi signal? What Sonos devices do you have?

And there is another thread in which the person just posted they fixed a similar issue by simply rebooting their phone. 

Same issue with S1 products. It worked fine up to now, but now we have this wheel turning turning turning and no music service coming up.

S1 mobile apps are broken in this area. Use the PC or Mac S1 apps to add services.
