Ok, so then we know it isn’t related to Spotify, which is useful data. It is even odder that it works with one Era 100, but not a stereo pair. I’d suspect a software issue at this point, assuming you’ve rebooted / power cycled all of them, so I’d recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. But don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR. It would probably help a lot, since this seems to be the only case reported, that they get the hard data.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
