Each time I turn on Sonos radio, or change stations, it plays for a minute or so, then jumps back about 20 seconds & repeats what's just played. Just once each time then plays normally.
Anyone else had this issue?
Any suggestions for a fix??
I tried resetting both speakers (One & Roam). Haven't reset modem as I'd then have to set up all other 'smart' things.

Without hard data to look at, it’s really hard to tell. It sounds like your speakers are having a hard time ‘locking’ onto the stream properly, but why could be a panoply of things. At the least, I’d try a simple network refresh, by powering down all Sonos devices, then rebooting the router. Wait two minutes, then power back on the Sonos. Wait another two minutes, then open the controller and check for any updates, and apply them.
I wouldn’t try any resets, at least for now. A reset of the speaker erases data that might be stored to explain why this is happening, and I don’t think a change/reset is necessary to your router/modem, just a reboot.
However, if this doesn’t help, it may indicate an issue further up the line, something that you may not have as much control over. I would then recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, Sonos’ lawyers get sensitive about GDPR, I suspect.
There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
