Why has my Sonos app lost connection to my speakers?

Issue:

  • My device (iPhone 16 Pro) app “cannot find product/speakers on this network”
  • Not possible the reconfigure the speakers in app, as the app constantly demands new login as “system owner” (even after I’ve already logged in several times)
  • Not possible to stream music from device to speakers

Tried fixes:

  • Updated the app to newest version (check)
  • Reset all the speakers (check)
  • Reset the network router (check)
  • “Connected” two (out of 3) speakers to the same network as device (check)
  • Still cannot find the speakers on the network, therefor not possible to set them up
  • Logged on (app and desktop) as system owner several times

I’m having trouble to join my speakers am using S1app, recently changed my router. Once I open my app I’m directed to “join existing system window “ once I click it , searches then  message pops up saying can’t see my speaker 

any help tried to reboot and downgrade it to no avail 


After replacing a router, reboot everything on the network.
