Why has my Sonos app lost connection to my speakers?
Issue:
- My device (iPhone 16 Pro) app “cannot find product/speakers on this network”
- Not possible the reconfigure the speakers in app, as the app constantly demands new login as “system owner” (even after I’ve already logged in several times)
- Not possible to stream music from device to speakers
Tried fixes:
- Updated the app to newest version (check)
- Reset all the speakers (check)
- Reset the network router (check)
- “Connected” two (out of 3) speakers to the same network as device (check)
- Still cannot find the speakers on the network, therefor not possible to set them up
- Logged on (app and desktop) as system owner several times
