Recently we upgraded our wifi network. Havent had the need to use the sonos app for a bit.
When I logged in, the subsequent screens were exceptionally grainy to the point I cant use the app. Deleted it and re-installed no change. Restarted the phone, no change. Am I doing something wrong, or the the whole App now flaky? TIA

If it was the app I’m sure there would have been a flood of posts. What device are you using, what version of operating system, and which version of the app? Is your whole system - app and all speakers - up to date with latest revision?
Did you connect the system to your new WiFi?
’Grainy’ is a judgement, perhaps posting a screen shot to help us understand what you’re seeing?
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
Do you have any screen magnification or zoom enabled?
Very grainy/pixelated, to the point its unreadable. Tried rebooting my phone. Clearing the cache. Reinstalling…….. I installed a new wifi system and want to connect the various sonos speakers to the new wifi…..
Huh, that’s not something I’ve ever seen before, but thank you for posting it. This is an iPhone, correct?
What version of the OS are you running? Which Sonos version are you using? Which iPhone are you using? Have you tried another device, be it iPhone, tablet, or PC (I don’t want to assume all Apple)?
I can understand your frustration, what I can’t understand is what is causing this. Have you called Sonos Support to discuss it?

Contacted them this afternoon. They are a bit baffled. No clear solution to fix it yet. See how it goes. Its a bit strange as the app appears to be working , just the UI that is flaky.
Very strange. I’ve been in this community for years, and have never seen anything like that.
What about the rest of my questions?
Looks like a (broken) Android phone to me. What kind, and what is it running?

You could well be right. Its an Android Samsung running Android 11. What is strange tho is parts of the app function/appear fine…..other parts function but the display is flaky. Have reinstalled twice now and no change. Starting to think its the phone also, tho the phone is working fine for all other apps, etc. When i get a chance I will try another device.
Do you use screen settings that are different form the settings most users have set?

It all pretty standard. Nothing special or out of the ordinary.
