Question

Selecting tunes/artists

I have recently stopped using Napster as my music source and have started using Amazon Music . My subscription to Amazon Music is the Standard - Individual at £9.99 per month.

Using the Sonos app I am unable to select artists or tunes I enter - no selections can be found. I can play generic music so I know my Sonos speakers are OK.

My question is should I be able to select what I want to hear with my Amazon Music Standard - Individual subscription (as I could with Napster) or do I need to upgrade my Amazon subscription to a more expensive option.

You need an Amazon Music Unlimited subscription to play whatever you want on Sonos.

As you don't have any Atmos speakers the Amazon Ultimate is what you want. The Atmos upgrade to Ultimate wouldn't gain you anything for your Sonos setup.

If you watch TV from Amazon the ad-free upgrade, that includes Atmos, might be good.

There is no such thing as an Amazon Music Ultimate subscription, at least in the UK.

Brain cramp, lack of morning caffeine.

Unlimited Music and limited Audible: https://www.amazon.com/music/unlimited?redirect=true&ASIN=B09WD1J9VC

Ad free and Atmos: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0CK4Q85RW

Not sure what is going on with this option, I'm paying for it, last charge the 18th, but it is unavailable?

Putting digging into this on my to-do list.

It looks like Unlimited may include Atmos now, not sure when that changed.
