Hi, I know nothing! Just moved to new apartment and have new WiFi but can’t get any connection. Trying to reboot for factory setting but struggling with 1000 versions. All know is I bought the system pre-Covid sometime. Any ideas at all…other than buy a new one?

cheers Claus

If you factory reset you’re back to the beginning and need to follow the setup guide for new systems. If not, change your new wifi credentials to the old one.

If you have not already factory reset anything, don’t because this will create extra work.

Updating the router WiFi credentials is the easiest path. Temporarily wiring a SONOS unit to your network will be helpful.
