puchasing through website

Hi, I'm trying to purchase through the sonos.com website but when trying to checkout it keeps saying "enter a valid postcode A99 9AA",. This is the only postcode that works.

My poscode is a valid uk postcode.

This happens on both paypal and normal checkout.

I'm on the uk page so its not a country issue.

Any help?

I've managed to get it to work.

It didn't like me inputing the address manually, had to use auto fill.

Probably not something the public can answer. You’re better off calling Sonos Support to discuss it. They don’t read this forum, or at least don’t respond here.

Input all letters as capitals, the validation of the postcode entry doesn’t like lowercase letters.

That seems like an easy fix, although I’m no web coder….

As ​@Mr. T suggested, autofill may contain caps, whereas your typing may not.
