Problem with last update

Hello,

juste upgrade to last update sonos arc ultra, bass cut in e half, its already + 4, music its flat i don’t like how it sound!

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, Sonos’ lawyers get sensitive about GDPR, I suspect.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution. And they likely would be able to speak with you in your native language. 

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

If you’re an iOS user try using TruePlay. Not sure what you mean by “bass was cut in half as that’s very subjective?” Also for music you should turn off “Speech Enhancement”. Try it to see if it makes a difference otherwise submit a diagnostic as suggested.

Thanks to both of you, I will try to restart and do a calibration if it will fix it, as for the bass I tried to explain that until the last update the bass was correct, after the last update the bass has been reduced in some way, that's why I configured it to be +4 in the EQ, it doesn't feel like before. speeach encment is off. Thank you all for your recommendations. And finally I apologize for my English since it is not my first language.
