I hope someone can help with advice.

There is no sound coming out of the mid right speaker.

Ive tried with an aux input to make sure it wasnt a wireless issue etc. I checked and all the driver chips are getting the correct voltage on pin 14.

Ive tested the speaker seperatly and its good.

All components in that area seem to check out, any advice would be appreciated.

It might have the electronics inside it failing. You have three routes to go. The first is to call Sonos Support to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.

The second is to (given the age of the computer/electronics inside it) replace it, using the discount offered by Sonos. Details are on their website.

Thirdly, you can choose to open it up, and see if it can be repaired. Given that Sonos voids any warranty/replacement when a device is opened up, there isn’t much in the way of support or even threads on this forum. You can find a few, but I suspect a Sonos sponsored forum isn’t where you’ll find a lot of help in this direction. And Sonos has no ‘authorized’ repair facilities, although my understanding is there is at least one place in the UK that does it.

Based on the OP’s comments about pin voltage and testing of the speaker, the unit has been opened.

There may be some useful discussions on YouTube.
