I just subscribed to Sonos Radio HD, but the “HD” label isn’t showing in Now Playing. I tried reauthorizing and even deleted and reinstalled the Sonos app, but it still didn’t fix the issue.

When you view the station does it state HD either in its name or the station artwork?

What stations have you tried? Only Sonos-owned and operated stations will play in HD


I’m not sure what standard that provides. If you’re using it: do all the speakers in the group support HD? What if you just play to your Five?

I’d submit a diagnostic from your system and contact Sonos Support. They should be able to evidence why the HD badge is not showing.
