I have an Arc, Move 2 and Era 300 on my system. The Era 300 periodically pops and has a little static at times. I’ve tried everything to fix but nothing works. Any suggestions? Sonos could not give me an answer and I’ve been waiting over a week for someone to reach back out to me.

Call back and ask for a replacement, if they want to troubleshoot more you can work with them if they can give you more than someday as a schedule. Busy time of year but you deserve a working speaker.
