I am planning to change my setup on the Sony Bravia A80J. Currently, I have signal issues, likely caused by the Hue Sync Box, so I want to remove that and connect my consoles directly to the TV.
The problem is that the TV only has two HDMI 2.1 (120Hz) ports:
HDMI 3 (eARC) - Currently used by the Sonos Beam Gen 2.
HDMI 4 - Currently used by the Hue Sync Box.
I need both of these ports for my gaming consoles to get 120Hz. To make this work, I am looking for a specific HDMI switch that has an eARC extractor/pass-through function.
My goal is to plug the Sonos Beam into this switch rather than directly into the TV's HDMI 3 port, effectively freeing up that port for a console while still getting audio. I don't mind losing full Dolby Atmos support; standard Dolby is fine, as long as I can still control the volume with my TV remote.
Could you let me know if there is a switch that allows this specific configuration?
