Is there an option in the app to change a single tap to play to a double tap to play? Too often when I’m fiddling around in the queue my finger starts a track when my intent was to scroll up or down a bit. If I could choose Double Tap to play that would not happen while scrolling.

I do try. But my fingers suffer from old age. Fortunately my ears still work.
I understand. I have large hands. On some days I can palm a basketball. Screens must have been designed by kids with tiny little fingers.
It’s an interesting request, but I’ve not seen anything currently for that.
Might be a worthwhile request in the CEO’s thread ;)
