Does sonos 1 pair with ERA 300?

I have a new ERA 300. It doesn’t pair with an older Move. Does the new Play(?)100 pair with the 300?

You can only “Pair” an Era 300 with another Era 300.

You can “Group” any speaker with an Era 300.
