Connecting One speakers to Arc Ultra

Hi everyone. I connected two surround speakers to the Arc Ultra. In the Sonos app, one speaker was added as the left surround and the other as the right surround. However, it’s not possible to set up Trueplay — it says that the speaker cannot be found.

At the same time, with the Beam Gen 2, the One speakers connect without any problems and work perfectly.

Try rebooting the Arc Ultra so it re-establishes a connection with the surrounds, then try Trueplay again.

I rebooted Arc Ultra and iPhone. Without changes. Everything is connected in the app. In fact, they don't work, the indicator is green.

A solid green status light means the speakers are muted, although that shouldn’t affect Trueplay.

if you unmute, are the surrounds working with TV audio or music?

Try a complete network refresh. Power off all the speakers and your router. After a minute, power up the router. When it is fully running and wifi is established, power up the Arc. When it is running, power the surrounds.
