Cannot access systems settings in the app

I keep trying to access my systems settings in the app, but when I select the gear in the top right, it keeps redirecting me to Sonos/com to login, which I do. then, it just keeps me on the site, where I cannot do anything related to my account. advice?

Try clearing your browser history…all of it. Then try accessing system settings. You may have to log-in.

Also make sure your device isn’t connected to your Guest Network.

Do you have any filters or blocking enabled on your lan?

Try turning off the cell data on your controller forcing it to wifi.
