Can't access my itunes library

I have submitted diagnostics 288056268

I can no longer access my iTunes library or shared music folders currently stored on my Mac. Both my Play 1 speakers and the Mac controller are version 13.4.1 - all have been updated today to see if that was the issue. Firewall is set up correctly and it makes no difference whether the firewall is on or off. I tried to update the shared folder but received a 1002 error message. The mac controller has now been updating the music library for over an hour to no avail.
