Is your question why you’re unable to add BBC sounds?
Hard to be certain, I’d guess a couple of things. First could be your account isn’t registered with an appropriate address at www.sonos.com. Second could be you’re running port blocking software that is blocking your speakers from communicating with the BBC’s authorization servers. This could potentially be a VPN, work profile, virus protection, any port blocking software.
I’d recommend you call Sonos Support to discuss it.
When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
