I know there are a lot of forum responses on this - but what is the fix for Apple Music not wanting to play consistently from within the Sonos S2 app?? I rrauthorize daily and it still is very sensitive if I can get it playing at all. In addition, the AirPlay says it’s unable to connect as well. I have Sonos Arc, amps, Five etc and most recent software. 

That certainly suggests a local issue, but it’s hard to tell. 

I would recommend that you submit a system diagnostic within 10 minutes of experiencing this problem, and call Sonos Support to discuss it. Don’t post the resulting diagnostic number here, they get sensitive about GDPR.

There may be information included in the diagnostic that will help Sonos pinpoint the issue and help you find a solution.

When you speak directly to the Support staff, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
