amp not working with speakers anymore

I’ve been using Sonos amp with 2 speakers on my deck for several years and now it’s no longer working.  Flashing white light.  I unplugged amp, plugged it back in and pressed button on back until it turned green.  I then entered the serial number from amp to the Sonos app and it said it was now connected again.  When I tried playing music with deck speakers the white light started flashing again on the amp.  HELP 😞

If it’s a wifi connection issue, what happens if you test with an Ethernet cable connection?

This may be an issue for Sonos support rather than a user community?

 Does the Amp show in the Sonos app?  A flashing white light can indicate a failure to connect to the network.  The flashing light can also be a firmware update that never finished.  Worst case senecio could be a hardware failure.  Try connecting it to the router with Ethernet just to see if it works then.

Refrain from Factory Reset unless requested to do so by SONOS support because Factory Reset destroys diagnostic data.
