I've been using Amazon Music for some time. I've the app on my phone, fire tablet and laptop as well as linked to my Sonos system. It's all been working fine until today. Trying to use AM on Sonos, a message appears saying to pause it elsewhere before it can be used via Sonos. It's not being used elsewhere! I realise the plan I have means it can only be used on one device at a time so checked the other devices: they're not playing. Any help?

Check on Amazon website to see which devices have access to your Amazon Music account.

Deregister any that you don’t recognise.

Also try again after fully closing the Amazon Music app on your other registered devices.

Thanks! I checked and there were a couple of speakers I’ve sold, old fire stick etc. They came to > 10 which is the max number of connected devices which is the max for the Amazon MusicI serivce I have. My Roam also needed an update.

I suspect ths could be a consequence of the latest controller update  because nothing else had changed over the last few weeks. Seems to be working again so thanks for the help again.
