Afternoon all.

Received an email (two in fact) from Sonos offering a 25% discount on range. But when I link to it, it routes to Sonos US not UK.

Just curious if it’s applicable to UK purchases? I’m in the market just now.

Tried asking Sonos using Sonos live chat but when the Sonos bot has finished with you and tries to connect you to an agent, the chat window just disappears. Don’t know why but is consistent.

Interested if the discount is usable here. Anyone know about that?

Many thanks

The Shop often defaults to the US, you just need to amend the Country selection at the bottom of the page to the UK.

The 25% offer will be visible when you view the basket.

Yes, works in the UK.

I splashed out and treated myself to a Sonos USB-C Line-In Adapter, 25% applied at checkout automatically, delivered next day.

Thanks for the replies and advice folks. I’m just drafting out a basket of goodies as we speak.

That said, I got to wondering if this could mean there are new products on the horizon?

I’m in the market (after a long long time waiting) for 2 x Sub 4’s an Arc Ultra and a couple of Era 300’s, and USB-C adaptors / RJ45’s.

I read that new products were a coming …. given last year was very light on hardware. Anyone have any clues what those might be? Even if only gossip or deep background?

You can't get clicks on your advertising if you don't attract viewers, fake news about new products and so many other things are used to boost ad revenue.

Sonos doesn't mention new products until they are ready to ship.

A few folks scan government filings to see if they can get an early hint.

And as always someone can be convinced to leak confidential information.

There is a lot of hope and desire for new stuff but no solid information from a trusted source that I have seen.
