The alexa on my sonos can't play any music services, it says I have to link them and go back to sonos app, but they are linked. I've tried a million times. Any help would be great

Have you added the Sonos skill and music service skills in the Alexa app? Have you discovered the Sonos speaker as a device in the Alexa app?

FYI - It’s a lot easier to help if you fill out your user profile. www.sonos.com

In addition to the questions from @GuitarSuperstar , can you open the Sonos App>Settings>Services & Voice>Amazon Alexa and check that your devices are listed? Also please confirm what SOnos device you are trying to get Alexa to work on.

Hi @Jaggett2015

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

In addition to the excellent points made above, please note that to control Sonos with Alexa, you must add any music service accounts to both Alexa and to Sonos, and they must be the same accounts.

I hope this helps.
