Alexa habla español… and Sonos?

Hi everyone, Amazon just released the new language and also the Echo family on Spain. Alexa is now compatible with Spanish (from Spain), Alexa ahora habla español, when will Sonos update our speakers with the new language?

    Ok, so there are no true alternatives to Sonos. Noted. Thanks for sharing, I was wrong. Now, if you happen to also know what OP is asking for, that would be great.

    I know that it takes a couple months after Alexa is released in a region for Sonos to support it. French support took from March (Alexa French support released) till June (Sonos French support released). Though some are still waiting (India), they were never said to be coming. Since Spanish support was confirmed by Sonos as coming, give it a few months.

      Alexa was oficially released in France on June 6th and Sonos started supporting it a few days later on June 19th with version 8.6. Hopefully this does not take longer (months).

      Hi, please Sonos release it for the Spanish market!!
      I have faith it is coming soon because I've received the Sonos One HAY version ad in Spanish and it already states that comes with Alexa so I hope it means to be imminent for every sonos One!!

        Ya!! Ayer vi en la aplicación el acceso a Alexa. Esta mañana lo he probado y funciona perfectamente.

          Genial!!! Pero a mi todavía no. No veo ni el skill en la app de Alexa, ni me deja la app de Sonos servicios de voz para España. Estas usando la versión Beta de la app de Sonos??

          No entiendo, que acceso te refieres? entre las skills de Amazon en españa no aparece aun Sonos. ¿has conseguido que funcione en español? Como?

          La skill no aparece todavía en español, pero en la aplicación de Sonos (iOS en España) me salió un aviso de que ya estaba disponible Alexa en español. Seguí las instrucciones y se activó. Así de simple.
