Alexa and Sonos Connect - Apple Music etc

Hi. I have an unopened Echo Dot and was wondering if Alexa can control my Apple Music like my iPhone app can to my Sonos Connect that is hooked up to my 2 channel system in the basement? I do not have Spotify and also live in Canada so streaming services are limited. Will it work to play my own music at least? Mostly wondering if this is even useful to setup and tinker with 🙂

Hi there, Quicksilver9365. Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. Amazon Alexa does not connect to Apple Music, because of this you will need to use the Sonos app to control Apple Music.
