Hi everyone, there are some really great Alexa and Sonos troubleshooting steps to start with here for if you're having issues with Alexa.
The best step to start with, which we wanted to make sure you all had in your toolbox, is a simple Alexa command: "Alexa, discover devices."
If your rooms aren't responding the right way, or the wrong rooms are responding, that's a great step to start with.
