I have just brought a sonos one I have added my Spotify account and changed it to my default music player on Alexa. Alexa acknowledges the command and repeats it for example playing the weeknd on Spotify in living room but nothing happens I can click on the sonos app on my phone and play the song I want perfectly fine just not with voice command any suggestions ?

First off, can you confirm this is a Premium Spotify account? If yes, please try these steps, testing after each one:
1/ Please select Alexa App>Smart Home>Devices>Discover;
2/ Please select Alexa App>Skills>Your Skills>Sonos and then 'Disable' followed by 'Enable'
If the problem persists, can you confirm the command syntax you are using to control Spotify? As a test please use 'Alexa, play piano chill playlist'
