Sonos One doesn’t stop playing music when using alexa commands

Hi, after ten minutes of radio app use, my new sonos one fails to respond to voice commands to stop.

My old echo dot and my Sonos beam are fine.

The only command that works is “mute” but that is just covering up a major issue that streaming is still using data.

Can you try Disabling then Re-Enabling the Sonos Skill within the Alexa App.  Please let us know how you get on. ...and Happy New Year :)

This has not fixed the problem for me. I discovered if I say “pause” I can make the radio or music stop. In the past I could say “off” or “stop” or most other logical words to make the thing turn off. Now I find that “pause” only works.
