nable to setup Alexa location it keeps telling me to go to help ..

This can be caused by a number of reasons. Which country are you in? Can you check the following:



1/ Open www.sonos.com and login. Please check that the address in your profile is correct;

2/ Open the Alexa App>Settings and make sure your device is 'On-line';

3/ Open the Alexa App>Settings and select Amazon Alexa Enabled Play:1 and check that the device is correctly registered to you;

4/ Try using the web browser version of the Alexa App: https://alexa.amazon.co.uk or https://alexa.amazon.com
