Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my Sonos Era 100 and was hoping someone here might have a solution.

When I ask Alexa to play music, it doesn’t respond as expected. I’ve tried disabling and re-enabling the Apple Music skill in the Alexa app, but it hasn’t resolved the problem. Alexa keeps saying that I need to enable the skill in the Alexa app, even though I’ve already done that.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it?

I'm crossing my fingers for a speedy fix. But honestly, Alexa's got some moves – it just keeps the tunes flowing after the first track, unlike Sonos Assistant.🙄
