What are sonos doing for it's countless customers who can't get voice as the amazon sign in cycles endlessly??? This has gone on for months

"Countless"?  This is the first I can recall this problem being reported.  It may have been reported before, I can be wrong in my recollection.  But it certainly wasn't "countless" people.

Have you tried removing the Amazon Shopping App temporarily, linking your Sonos and Amazon accounts, and then readding your Amazon shopping account?

Can you please confirm what device you are using to run the app and what Sonos device you are trying to add a voice assistant too?
