After a power interruption Sonos won't respond to Alexa command. So I went to the Alexa app and disabled the Sonos skill.  Thereafter, I enable the skill. While my Alexa account get linked with Sonos, once the Alexa app looks for a device to connect, it cannot find my Sonos.  How do I fix this?

And when I tried to add Sonos voice, it does not fully install and I get a message that there was something wrong.  I checked the wifi connection and the Sonos app indicates the signal is excellent.

Now I do not have either voice command.

Try unplugging the Sonos speaker from power for a minute and reboot your router.

Did not work.

Might be worth a call to Sonos Support directly to discuss it, then.
