Alexa says shes playing song but no sound
so i got sonos one all set up and alexa was plying music and now when you tell her to play a song she aknowleges the song and says shes playing it but it never plays. any ideas..

Make sure the music accounts are the same in both the Alexa app and the Sonos app.

Try removing Sonos Skill in your Alexa App. Then add the skill back in again... see if it sorts it.
Ok i got ot finally jgatie was right. I thought i had them both connected to same account but didnt. Mich thanks guys
