Did it work but now is not? Or are you trying to set it up and failing? What have you tried? Are you following the guide? Do you get any error messages?

Hi it worked before I moved house last week.  It keeps saying device disabled...it will not play anything from anywhere 

Still not giving much information, are you!

Does the speaker work via the app? Is it set up properly on your network? Can you stream music to it ok from, say, Sonos Radio but you can’t voice control via Alexa? 
 

Have you spoken to Sonos support to see what they say? 

Thank you for helping I 'think' I've resolved it I had changed the name of my sonos 

That certainly would leave Alexa looking for a non-existent or disconnected device!
