Hello,

Do you know if the router Technicolor CGA4236 should be compatible with Sonos?
When I add an ethernet switch and connect a Sonos device to it the connection is disconnected.

Thank you in advance.

Kind regards,
Martin

Hello @Martin_63, welcome back 🙂!

I tried to find something in our documentation regarding this specific model but unfortunately my search came with no results.

There has been an issue with some Technicolor routers (C2000T, C2100T, C1100T) and setting up a home theatre, but that’s all I could find.

I see you’ve received responses on your other thread, in regards to your network switch and also have already been suggested to try a different Ethernet cable on a quite older thread but for a different issue.

I would recommend to reach out to our Sonos Support for some live troubleshooting if you haven’t done so already. They can provide advice and information specific to your system and what it reports.

I hope this helps.
