¿Is HDMI port (normal) or HDMI MHL port compatible with Beam (gen 2)?

I have a projector Optoma projector with HDMI and HDMI MHL outputs for image and sound. Talking with the Sonos Commercial area, the didn’t recommend me to buy the Beam (Gen 2) because if I don’t have a device (TV or Projector) with ARC output, I can have problems with the synchronisation of the sound and the image. ¿is there any solution? ¿is this a real problem, or the appreciation would be minimal?.

Thank you.

Regards,

Enrique

Yes, that would be a problem. Search this forum for threads that contain “HD Fury Arcana” and/or “Feintech VAX04101A” as potential ways to get an ARC signal out of the HDMI signal before you send it to the projector.
