Can someone help me please I have been battling Sonos for the last six months when I first introduced arc sound bar my old solar system freaked out and crashed everywhere after battling with Sonos I have upgraded my whole system to 300 and 100 and a sub 4now the equipment is all new what I have noticed is my problemI have a western digital my iCloud that has had all my music on there previously and worked fine on my network now since I've upgraded the playlist have MP3s added into it now which do not apply I can't understand it

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues setting up your Music Library on your Sonos system.

What I would normally suggest, seeing that your setup is advanced, is to contact our Support team. I can see that you’ve already contacted our Support team and that your case has been escalated.

This means that someone will reach out to you as soon as possible to schedule a call in order to do a remote session and help you troubleshooting and hopefully resolve your issue.
