changed broadband and can't connect Playbase by wireless

Changed from sky to ee broadband.  Followed procedure to reconnect playbase and got as far as entering the ee password but got :

there was a problem connecting to “”

tried doing it wireless and ethernet.  Ethernet worked but the sonos is in a different room

ALSO - sonos sent me an email to change password but when I entered it I got “wrong email or password”

Any ideas

Temporarily wire an Ethernet cable to the PLAYBASE. Once it shows up in your controller, you can change the network information. After that, you can remove your temporary Ethernet cable.

yes I did do that.  Then it found my new broadband and asked for the password, when I put the PW in it failed.  Annoying!

Maybe if I uninstalled sonos and set it up as a new device??

I would not set up your Sonos as a “new device” or a “new system”, unless you want to erase all the settings you’ve got stored on your Sonos system.

It may be time to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

called sonos and all is fixed, I just had to update the app on my phone
