My wife has some hearing problems. We have an Arc and still most of the time she has trouble hearing the dialogue. One of the problems may be that we sit very far away from the tv. I am now considering another Sonos for the table situated next to her. Hopefully something small and out of the way. What would you reccomend? Would this even help the situation?

Unfortunately, Sonos does not make a great solution for repeating the center/voice channel from a second speaker, for use by hearing impaired people. You could always ‘group’ a second ‘room’ with the Arc, but it would play the content slightly delayed, and cause significant issues (IMHO) for others who would be able to hear both.
