im not aboe to make a VAT free purchase one EU country to another - I did this in February now its not showing an option. I was told on phone last week its a site priblem which should be recolved soon
Im buying in a Cyprus company for business use.

As I understand EU Vat rules, you cannot buy goods vat-free unless you a temporary visitor from a third country state. If you are resident in Cyprus then the Cypriot vat levy should be paid when you place your order
