Hello,

I Have a PlayBase in my Current Home Theater system, I want to upgrade to Arc,

i can see in my sonos account tat i can upgrade for 15%.. i dont understand the concept.

if i want to buy the Arc, Sonos will take my Playbase only for 15% from the total cost of Arc?

No, you keep the PLAYBASE, but they give you a 15% discount on the Arc. There is only one discount available per device. If you were to sell the PLAYBASE, the new owner would not get a discount, should they attempt to ‘trade in’.
